Evian is internationally renowned for the hosting of business meetings, boasting such quality facilities as the new Palais Lumière conference area(“Espace Congrès du Palais Lumière”). The town also offers several private sites, hotels and residences, equipped with meeting and show rooms and specialized services to welcome all types of events: conferences, conventions, seminars, incentive trips, etc.

Evian is a member of "France-Congrès", the National Association of Conference Towns.

The Conference Bureau

The Conference Department of the Evian Tourist Office places its skills and those of the local service providers at the service of events-planners, to help them organize any type of event: room rental, hotel booking, catering, transportation, guides, entertainment, etc.
